Binding Your Quilts Skill Builder Class with Laura McCarrick
Binding the edge of a quilted project not only protects the edges but can add a
beautiful finish to your projects. In class, we will learn how to trim the quilt and
prepare and sew a binding to the edges. We will also learn how to measure and
calculate the length for the binding, required yardage and the difference between
bias binding and crosswise binding. Bring a small, quilted project to class and
learn how to prepare and sew the binding to your project.

Once you have set up your sewing space, please park in the rear of the building where you see the loading dock. Enter at the door with the purple canopy, and turn left into the shop.
